My daughter bought an old historical house that needed lots of repairs and remodels. She hired Marco from Total Quality Contracting Solutions to do most of her remodeling. Marco really knows a lot about historical houses and can restore a home bringing back its original charm and character. Her historic home was originally filled with craftsmanship and details you don't see in modern homes. After Marco finished each project it was like looking back in time. My daughter was very happy with his craftsmanship and he guaranteed his work. My home was built in the 20s and was remodeled many times. Once my air conditioner went out in the hottest part of the summer. My daughter suggested I call Marco. I didn't think Marco would take on a small task like installing a couple in-the-wall air conditioners. He came out the very same day I called and installed two air conditioners that I had picked out. Marco has the best customer service. You do not see this kind of customer service anymore. Recently I had another emergency when my water heater sprung a leak and messed up my basement floor. Again Marco came to my home the very same day and installed an even better water heater that I originally had. Marco's prices are very fair and competitive. His craftsmanship and service is better than you will get at any hardware store.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my deck! From start to finish, the Marco and his team was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. They resurfaced my old, weathered deck and completely transformed it into a beautiful space that find in multimillion property. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship was top-notch, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was not just looking for a new deck but partner who would guide me from experience, Marco is the right person for you. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

Absolutely awsome work. Marco and his crew worked through brutally hot and miserable drizzling days. They upgraded my 30 year old deck to beautiful, modern living space. I was patient and let them work their magic. The results speak form itself. I highly recommend Total Quality.

Marco and his team just completed building a deck for my townhouse, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Marco provided a variety of material and color samples to choose from, making the selection process easy. The crew worked efficiently, finished the project quickly, and made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Total Quality Contracting if you are considering adding a deck or other home improvements, you wont be disappointed!

I would strongly recommend TQCS to anyone looking for a deck builder. My wife and I are very happy with our new deck. Excellent work and on time. Marco and his crew are reliable and professional. They worked diligently every day from early morning to late afternoon to complete the project as promised. It was very easy to work with Marco, he always listened to my ideas and concerns and took care of them,.

I have to say from start to finish Marco and his guys were so great. From our initial meeting with Marcos he explained everything to us in so much detail. He answered all of our questions and gave us a reasonable price he also added in beautiful lights for our deck. They tore apart our entire deck and ended with this masterpiece. We are so happy. We Weill DEFINITELY be using this company again for future projects.

We had our deck replaced in September by Total Quality Contracting and couldn't be more pleased with the end result. They did everything from demoing the old wooden deck, to chipping away the old footing so we can grow grass over them, and poured the new footings. Marco and is team built a beautiful and robust deck with great attention to the details. The framing work was robust, especially with the 12" joist spacing versus the traditional 16" on center, and the finish work, decking railings, stairs, etc. were excellent. He was very flexible with changes we made along the build and exceeded our expectations. Marco and team take their time to get it right and that's exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Marco and team, especially if you are looking for high quality work at a fair price.
